R. Palme Dutt

Palme Dutt, 1943. Rajani Palme Dutt (19 June 1896 – 20 December 1974) was a British political figure, journalist and theoretician who served as the fourth general secretary of the Communist Party of Great Britain during World War II from October 1939 to June 1941.
